It was my first ever experience as a Trainer day by day changes in handling classes, made up ma mind to be creative, interactive, and active and came across.
Roles &Responsibilities:
1. Organizing various class and interclass activities to increase the interaction between students.
2. Organizing Debate, Quiz, School Assemblies by students, Daily News reading.
3. Sharing how to write and communicate in English without difficulties.
4. Conducting extra classes for the weak students.
5. Scheduling test to assess the growth and learning of the students.
6. Keeping the attendance record and all other required records of the students.
7. Teaching using visual aids, slides, and other materials.
